Mom!!! Thank you so much for sending me all of the e-mails from Trevor! I don't have enough time to read them all right now but hopefully i'll be able to print them off and read them soon! Also I might have to reply and answer all of your questions through a letter because today is transfer day and we don't have very much time... like usual! Haha anyway, I can't believe i've already made it to my first transfer! I've been in the field 6 weeks and on my mission 8 weeks! It's SOOOOOO crazy!! I am staying here in Albany but Sister Francom is being transferred to Springfield. I'm sad to see here go but I am so grateful for all that she has taught me and for being so patient with me. My new companion is Sister Schrishuhn! She is great! I just barely met her and she seems like a really awesome person! I can't wait to get to know her more. She's been out only 4 months as to Sister Francom was out 1 year on the 3rd of April! Sister Francom and I were able to do some service at a members home the other day with the Zone Leaders and it was so much fun! We pretty much redid their whole backyard! This week has been another incredible one! We have seen so many miracles and sometimes I would find myself just smiling and sometimes even crying because I witness the miracles right before my eyes. I can't even say enough how grateful I am to have the opportunity to be serving a mission especially here in the OEM (Oregon Eugene Mission). I love this work with all my heart! I know that the Atonement of Jesus Christ is real and that this truly is His church restored upon the earth again today. I know that the Book of Mormon is the word of God and that through it I have gained a greater relationship with my Heavenly Father and Savior, Jesus Christ :)

I'm so glad that you were able to watch General Conference! It was so awesome to hear from the leaders of our church! They are truly inspired!

I hope everyone back home is doing so well and that you are enjoying the sunshine! I know that I have never been so grateful for the sun in my whole life then now. It only rained like 4 times this week and that's a record! Haha! I will try my absolute hardest to get a letter out to you today! I love you so much!! Please forward this e-mail to my dad and whoever else might want to see it! Thank you so much for everything! I love and miss you!!! Have a great great week!!

My Testimony

I would just like to bear my testimony that I know Heavenly Father is there. Always. No matter what. He knows each of us personally and wants us to be happy. He loves us, and cares about what is going on in our lives. He hears our prayers and knows the intent of our hearts. I know without a doubt in my mind that this is the true church and that Joseph Smith was a true prophet called by God and that through him the gospel was restored to its fullest. I know that the Book of Mormon is another Testament of Jesus Christ and that it was brought forth in these last days to bring peace, comfort, and knowledge to all those who read and apply it. I know that Thomas S. Monson is our prophet today and that he was also called by God to help lead and guide us through these hard times. I know with all my heart that the Atonement is real and that if we truly repent and come unto Christ we will be forgiven and be perfected in him. I am so grateful for the Plan of Salvation and to know that families can be together forever. I would like to thank my family for being here today and for all that they do for me and the love and support that they show me. I am so grateful to be a part of this wonderful gospel and the knowledge and understanding I have of its eternal truth. I say these things, in the name of thy son Jesus Christ, Amen.
